No element on the Odity Group sites may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, downloaded, distorted, sent or distributed in any way whatsoever, in any medium whatsoever, in part or in full, without the previous written consent of Odity Group, except for use that is strictly limited to press purposes and subject to the respect of intellectual property rights and any other property rights mentioned.

Only copies for private use are authorized, and only for a purpose that is personal, private and noncommercial.

“Copyright 2020 Odity all rights reserved” must appear on any authorized copy, in full or in part, of the contents found on Odity Group sites, accompanied by a link to the sites concerned.

Authorized use of the elements that make up or appear on Odity Group sites must be done without distortion, modification or alteration in any way whatsoever.

Odity Group reserves the right to prosecute any infringement of its intellectual property rights.

4. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Hypertext links may connect to sites other than Odity Group sites.

By clicking on these links, Users leave the Odity Group sites and land on sites over which Odity Group has no control.

Consequently, Odity Group declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences, resulting from access to other sites.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Odity Group sites, their contents and these GTU are governed by French law unless otherwise stated.

In the absence of an amicable agreement and except for imperative provisions to the contrary, any dispute related to using the sites will be submitted to the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
